Through our offshore division, KCA Deutag is one of the world’s largest international platform services operators with 28 platforms under management.

Our Land division owns and operates a high quality fleet of 85 land drilling rigs globally, 73 are in the Middle East, making us one of the largest owners and operators of drilling rigs in the region. Our rigs range from highly mobile units to large rigs capable of drilling extended reach wells.

Importantly our clients also benefit from the world class services of Bentec, RDS and DART®. Bentec is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of drilling rigs and oilfield equipment. Based on its long history and vast experience, Bentec manufactures and delivers high quality, cost effective and durable drilling and oilfield systems for rigs able to operate in extreme environments.

RDS is the largest drilling rig design and engineering specialist in the world. It provides a comprehensive drilling facilities engineering service at every stage of rig design, construction and modification. With experienced engineering and project support professionals and 6 global offices, RDS is well positioned to deliver project work anywhere in the world.

DART® uses state-of-the-art drilling simulators to provide training to strengthen personnel skills in various aspects of drilling operations, including accredited Well Control Courses, Surface Equipment and Downhole Drilling. KCA Deutag’s DART® training services are currently located in Aberdeen, Bergen, Muscat, Port Harcourt, and Dubai.

In 2013, we established our latest DART® training centre in conjunction with Robert Gordon’s University at their Technology Campus in Aberdeen, Scotland.
